RecommendedThis place is very clean, staff is incredibly friendly, Especially Mr. Bill. Highly recommend. My only complaint currently is the hours, place is so busy that I cant donate on my lunch break during the work week, and they aren't open after I'm off work. Leaving my options limited to Saturdays. If you need the flexible hours CSL would be your best bet for the time being

They can start by not harassing the donors. My experience has been horrible. They have deferred me because of an odor that I cannot smell. I have been donating for 4 years and I have never been so disrespected in my life. I nerd compensation for this treatment. I cannot donate for 2 weeks.
Let me give everyone a warning about this place you have a few of the people in there poking people with needles and hooking them up to donate and disconnecting people, and they will not change their gloves between each patient. I set waiting for almost 2 hours and I watched the one girl the whole time and she cleaned up blood off of the bed and floor and didn’t even think about changing her gloves. Very, very slow and understaffed. Takes 3 hrs for somethg that should take an hour - a regular donation, not new. They don't sanitize things enough between people. Overall, I leave feeling frustrated bc I don't feel like my time is respected. I guess they figure we're getting paid so we will do what we have to do to get the money. It is still a business that should care about their customers.
RecommendedThey were professional, and the medical side were fantastic! I would suggest LESS management, and let the people who actually work there take care of their issues, instead of outside management! The screening area had NO sanitation wipes... I watched the same people put on the same headphones ... EWW.. not only body oils.. but what about germs??? and bugs?? head lice, beg bugs! Get wipes! and the touch screens were filthy too! They sucked made me do all the screening shitvsnd everything then tell me 2 hrs later oh I need a signed form from my doctor it was a Teri experience. I’m going to tell everyone not to go to you guys. I hate y’all

they took 87% of my plasma then sent 25 dollars and management refuse to speak with me horrible service give 25 dollars for something you sell for thousands
