The moment I got in, the service was pleasant! Ive observed Zack dealing with another customer and hands down he was amazing. I was able to interact with the nurse as well, and boy! this guy was super pleasant!!!!! Great customer service skills by genuwinely interacting with customers. I came in as a first-time plasma donor and was naturally a little nervous about the process; however, I can honestly say it was a lot easier than expected and their staff is truly dedicated. It took around 2 hours and a half and I had no side effects from it whatsoever. The process to obtain the compensation was very quick and easy and the clinic is impeccable. Miss Nadia is hands THE BEST in this entire facility. The only reason I’m still coming to this location. She always nice even when you can see she’s exhausted. Ive watched her greet regulars coming in from a break with a smile, every time. She ALWAYS Calm & Patient. She’s clearly experienced and an asset to this location since they seem short staffed. PLEASE appreciate her and give her a raise a promotion AND free day of PTO 🫶🏾Â
Currently sitting here waiting to donate, and once again I’m extremely disappointed with my visit. There is only one woman on the floor who seems to show any urgency toward donors. The other employee is completely nonchalant—walking slowly and showing no real concern. They close at 7 o’clock, yet I’ve already been here for nearly two hours and I’m still just sitting in the chair waiting to get started. I had to come for a community service project and the manager is the worst she sees there is chaos and no organization and she walks around just touching stuff as if she’s working. She has her own employees trying to manage and regulating the shift while she sits and talks and the line is wrapped around the facility. If this is all it takes to be a supervisor here sign me up cus it seems like there isn’t that much of a qualification.Â
