5 Stars, especially for Nolan and Madeline. They are awesome at their jobs and gave me peace of mind as I was a bit nervous. Everyone was friendly and professional, the donation center was exceptionally clean, and the procedure was thoroughly explained and very safe.
Had to review: I was just visiting from Omaha Nebraska when I wanna browska and went went into the center knowing that they had good reviews and knowing that I would have more of a positive experience. If I'm being honest, I was seriously blown away by the exceptional level of care that I received from every person that I came into contact with. My very first time to donate plasma and it’s been a pleasurable one. The staff is awesome. Abby is phenomenal and is a master at what she does. 5* stars for Abby and Octapharm. Highly recommended.
Extremely clean and very organized. Quick in and out after initial visit. It is definitely worth the extra few miles to go here vs the other places in Mesa.
On October 7th I was disrespected by Paige for no legitimate reason at all. I showed up inside the plasma place 3 to 4 minutes before closing. As I walked up I noticed there was someone at 1 of the kiosk and I decided to go to the restroom to blow my nose and start the questions through the app. When I walked up to the area to do my vitals I put my bag on the ledge near the kiosk as I was about to put my keys away I figured I should make sure I locked my car doors.
