Always friendly and nice people
I'm a new donor and I'd honestly say, I had no issues with this facility.Travis is an awesome employee! I was uncomfortable at first but he was very friendly and walked me through the steps. I'd definitely refer people here
I’m a new donor and Emily has been great she very polite and professional and consent I have rolling veins she save me from multiple sticks from her fellow co worker’s and now have been my permanent technician they need to hire ten more Emily
If I could I would give them zero stars. Jerked me around for over a month. I got forms filled out by doctors jumped through all their hoops, because of meds that aren’t on their list of drugs you can’t be on and donate. They are the worst place to go to donate plasma!
