RecommendedThis system is ENTIRELY flawed! I've spent 8 hours the last 2 weeks at this center only to be told I couldn't donate because I take Metformin. So why isn't that on the medication list? The floor staff are nice and kind, and for the most part appear to care about the donors. However the director and the lady beneath him show little to no leadership skills and should work on how to address Clients when problems arise. I was very disappointed, after sitting for 3 hours waiting to donate, that the machines/system was down nationwide. Never during that wait time was I, or the other 20 people waiting, informed. Do not allow your family members to go to this establishment. They either do not understand safety and security or do not take it seriously. People can and will assault and physically batter you inside their building but when it happens, management will not only fail provide security or call police but they will also force you out of their building and into the parking lot to be assaulted again. Just don't go there.
