ANSWER YOUR PHONE! I tried calling but I'm not important enough I guess
I’m really sick and tired of having to wait in the vitals line for so long. Today I got here at 11 AM and there was already 10 people in line waiting. Not too bad, I’ve definitely seen worse but then I see there is NO ONE taking vitals. I wait 5 mins and literally the oldest person in the building walks up to the front to do vitals. He then takes his good ol time putting on his gloves, taking out the supplies, calling up the next person. Then walks away to talk to Jainie for a few mins. now that they have changed their pay structure I would never recommend donating with them. there is literally no incentive. they are making big bucks off your plasma while paying you pennies. definitely not worth it.
