the staff loves to just stand around and chitchat while the donor line is out the door.. My 1st impression of this place was not a good one. Everyone seems lost and they pretty much expect you to know what you are supposed to do when you go for the 1sr time. I wasn't helped or even asked if I was ok or if I needed help.. they pretty much expect you to know the intake process.. and after about 2 or 3 months, they'll find an excuse to boot you out to make room for new donors.. this happened to me, my sister and a couple of our... read more
Just spent almost THREE HOURS there donating. No more. Lame.
rude staff always talking and never working
sooooo long waiting every time it's like 3 hours it's either understaffed not many beds extremely way too long I've been to a lot of plasma centers and it's by far the longest other ones I'm like 45 minutes or an hour in an out ...and I've never been lower than like 3 hours at this one....
do not have plans cuz you will be here for 3+ hours
