They r very professional they are nice and help the ones that need to be helped need be ice packs etc they don't make u feel like ur at a donation place and that's a Plus keep up the great work

The center is extremely clean and the staff is super nice even when they’re really busy. The location of the center off Jacksboro Hwy makes you question it but inside it’s nothing but professional. I would highly recommend this location.
