They gave fast, friendly and safe service the many times I've come.
Octapharmaplasma has been great, with the exception of one tech- Amaaria. Every time she has worked with me, I’ve had bad sticks, difficulty with donation, and bruising at my donation site afterwards. She is inattentive and has blatantly ignored me and my machine when there is an issue and I am not the only one who has these issues with her.
