My first time donating, staff is nice, smooth process. Took about 45 min hooked up to get about 1 liter of plasma (I'm a big guy). Expect a few hours though on the first visit. One thing I didn't like was the app says you can earn over $800 the first 35 days but in Indio CA they only pay about $550 the first 35 days. I guess they figure hey it's Indio, anyway I was expecting more. Got $75 first time will get $125 second then it's $60 for the next 4, then one @ $90. After that it goes by your weight. Clean establishment, friendly phlebotomists, and front desk staff. Pretty simple and quick. The kiosks are SLOW af, but that's out of their control.
Great spot to donate and receive compensation. Half of the staff are truly angels. However, one staff-member was unusually firm to his patients when vocalizing instructions, yet treated me with incredible gentleness. I get some people need firmer instructions, but the gentleman’s voice felt genuinely inflammatory and made me sad for the patient. Moreover, the demands were loud enough for everyone to look. The staff here are very friendly and wonderful. They do an excellent job informing about everything related to plasmapherisis. I'm not a huge fan of needles, but i feel very comfortable and safe each time I visit. Even when it's busy, my wait is always shorter than I expected. The center is also always very clean :)
They are awesome there..... very calm, relaxing atmosphere....once you get through the initial process it's quick and easy and your helping people and making a little money in the process. Would definitely encourage people to go.
