Frustrating when me and 3 other donors are waiting to be “hooked up” to the donation machine and 4 employees are standing around a mobile computer deciding what to have for lunch at 9:00 AM. I understand employees need to eat, but isn’t the priority taking care of the donors first? This isn’t the first time when employee conversations have delayed getting donors setup and making others wait.
