Very nice setting for a meeting! The people walking past the glass window /wall of the room we're a bit distracting. Perhaps you could glaze the window to increase privacy and reduce distractions. Receptionist that gave me a tour did an awesome job! Great concept.

We do have a pull down shade for that window wall but it is at the discretion of the speaker & audience if they would like to use it. It was not pulled down during the seminar you attended and I apologize for the distractions. Next time you attend an event here, please feel free to ask that it be pulled down. Hurricane Michael decided to turn out the power since I work from home I had to find a new work place for a day or two. I found Office Evolution and they were amazing. Everything a remote worker would need and more! Very professional and caring I could do my job with no issues. Peggy and Amanda are the best! I am sure they have spoiled me I will be nice visiting with them every so often.

The conference room was totally set up when we arrived, tidy and comfortable! The coffee station, well stocked and easy to use! Amanda and Peggy are so kind and helpful, they made sure everything was just right.
