I have had nothing but great experiences with every aspect of the service from Juan! He is very personable and friendly. He is very attentive with any concerns or suggestions we may have. He takes pride in his job and accommodates if needed. I like that it is a festive and warm like environment. He likes to do events for the tenants so they all meet!
