I liked that I felt like I was the only patient the Dr. Ferguson had that day. He sat down to talk with me and ask questions, he wasn't in a hurry and was attentive. He made sure that I understood the things he was telling me and gave me options to think about. I did not feel rushed at any time during my appointment.
I would definitely recommend to family and friends. He is honest and easy to talk to.
I've always really clicked with Dr. Ferguson. He's been my OB/GYN for three of my four pregnancies. He wasn't able to deliver one of them but the one that he did was my easiest recovery. I'm looking forward to another easy delivery with him for this next one! He's also really good at listening to my concerns and has shown me great sympathy since the death of my 15 year old son. In fact, he and his staff were the first to send condolences after. I can't imagine entrusting another doctor.
My experience with Dr. Ferguson was wonderful. He takes the time to answer any questions I have and listens to my concerns or worries. The nurses and office staff are great too. I always feel important and taken care of.
I can't say enough good. We love him and his staff. Very professional and wonderful bedside manner. Delivered both my kids and it was a wonderful experience both times. Would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Ferguson is the kindest doctor you will ever meet. He listens to your questions and concerns and answers them without complaint. He has delivered all of my babies, and I plan to have him deliver all of my future little ones. His staff is the absolute best. All of them are super sweet, will remember your name, and are always very happy to help. His office is clean and decorated nicely. Has a homey feel to it. This is the best place to care for your growing baby. I recommend them to everyone!
He is a fantastic doctor who truly cares about his patients. He has talked to me personally several times on the phone when I call with a question or concern. Very knowledgeable and has great bed side manners. I would highly recommend him. I drive from Weston, Idaho just to see him.
Dr. Rigby was great in person. However, he ordered a ton of blood work, and even though the website says that he will schedule a follow-up with you in two weeks to review the blood work, I was told that they were behind and very busy training new staff because there was a turn around in the office, so schedule for a month out. I was schedule 5 weeks out, but went to review my blood work results through the patient portal. 7 of my 10 lab reports showed abnormal findings, let I received no phone call from the office to come in... read more
My scheduled appointments have been changed on multiple occasions, “BY OGDEN CLINIC” thru calls and texts stating they would like me to do a phone appointment instead of a in-clinic appt. As stated by them that they did not have enough rooms available as they have new physicians. Then on one occasion I called and told them on my way to clinic that I had cold symptoms if I was going to run into any issues. ‘”THEY” said do not come in. You have to reschedule.
