Just signed my lease! Cleavon was very detailed and knowledgeable about the community and surrounding areas. He listened to my wants and needs which was the catalyst to me signing a lease at Oglesby Towers. He was persistent and transparent, even with the tuff questions I asked. I’m looking forward to living in my future community!

We've had no problems here! Even though the management is constantly changing, every new person who comes in is super helpful and responsive. We started our lease with Brittany and we're ending it with two lovely women who have really helped us. Thank you! It is an older building so expect older machines, like the elevator takes longer to get to you, but the people who live here are super friendly and always have a nice word to say. Plus...you can't beat that view, location, and amenities for the price.

So I have lived In the Oglesby Towers going on 4 years and I honestly love my apartment! My neighbors are amazing, as well as the property manager Brittany! She is always available and very attentive to any issues that may arise here! I love the building because I feel safe here! My lease is going to be up soon and I plan on renewing it again which would be my fourth year living at oglesby towers! I love living off the lake and the prices are great considering all the great amenities we have!

Let me first start with your question about recommending you: Yes I would recommend this building to as many that ask me regarding living in a nice place or to family as well as friends. I have received great respect and kindness from the manager Ms. Brittany and her assistant Ms. Veronica whose always very professional and yet they can allow you to feel comfortable as often as you have to visit the office. I lived here for about 8 months before. The elevators broke monthly, the front desk staff had their friends downstairs with them talking and just being loud, I had roaches in my apartment that I literally cried to management several times to fix, which took forever. In addition, management contacted me a day before asking if I wanted to renew my lease. I had already moved out. I'm hoping there is new management now, but overall I wouldn't recommend.
