I am so impressed I can’t even explain. I am so glad I found This doctor. He is so personal, and sweet and caring and take the time that you need even though he’s busy. And the staff are all sweet they come out and talk to you and say hi to you. They don’t just walk by you. I am currently visiting here from California and needed stat treatment on a reoccurring cyst inside my lower lip. Previous treatment approach failed and the emergency room in Ohio was not able to satisfactorily treat my condition…. The emergency room contacted Dr. Bernacki and luckily, due to a cancellation, he was able to see me this morning. I went to Dr Bernacki after being referred to him by my OB. His staff was very nice and welcoming when I walked in. Dr Bernacki was super warm and explained everything to my husband and I in an easy way for us to understand the proposed procedure. We both felt comfortable and booked my surgery right away. I had to get 2 moles removed from my face.1 on my nose and 1 on my lip ,the entire staff was amazing and Dr Bernacki was amazing.He is so amazing at making you feel comfortable so you're not having any worries.
I went in to Dr Bernacki’s for breast implant removal and upgrade after 22 years of the original ones. Everything went amazingly. Until however at my own fault I lifted too soon. I was very scared and upset that I did this to myself but with Dr Bernacki and Stephanie’s caring words and assurance it could be fixed. I followed the rules this time and healed greatly! If you plan to have any cosmetic changes or anything..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND . 💜💜
