The repair to my downspout and discharge line was completed very professionally, taking all my questions and concerns into consideration to fix it. The crew even went to ********** to pick up the needed part to finish the job. I reimbursed the crew for the part at the end but they didnt know I was going to do that. The ******* bought the part out of his own pocket. I would say he went the extra mile to solve my problem. The guys were hilarious, wonderful, nice, and hardworking. They all deserve for the company to send them on a paid vacation to Dubai. They should up every day ready to get down to business. They answered all the questions that were asked in a manor that I understood. **** and his crew were also polite and punctual.
