Outstanding service and work. Everyday included a walk through with ****** and ***** explaining what was done. Crew took care to minimize dust and kept all work areas clean. They arrived promptly every morning, answered every question we had, and even volunteered info on the job and our situation. All work was first-rate and job was completed on time. Final cleanup was very good. We are very happy customers.

When ******and his crew arrived I a had a foot of water in my basement ******said when he’s done there will be no more water this is my second time choosing Ohio state waterproofing to do my basement an if I get another home I will choose Ohio state waterproofing again overall great communication and great job

Ohio state waterproofing has been wonderful when they were here. Our sump pump went bad and they replaced it for free. They came asap and were so very friendly and kind. When I call them to make a payment, they are just as friendly and kind. Thank you Ohio state waterproofing.
