First I had to call them back 3 times for the work to be done correctly. Then they are asking me to pay $145 every year to receive the warranty on a $10,000 job. They want me to pay this forever to ensure their work. I am very disappointed, as I called to complain pretty much I was told to bad. Also when they water proofed my garage there was a piece under concrete. I am having the concrete removed and they want me to pay for them to complete their work.

Installation went well. The crew did a great job. Very nice and professional. The error in getting my paperwork done by the sales people was very upsetting and the delay on starting the job was inconvenient.

Do not recommend! They strong holded us into a deal we did not want to take. They didnt finance us until AFTER they started the work with an understanding that they were going to finance us and for at or below a certain rate. Not only did we get *****ed and blatantly lied too by the sales rep the job is not worth the price. Also they didnt even seal the exterior cracks like they said they were going to. I have spent over 20,000 dollars for them to waterproof my house and a who new sump pump system. Well it has been nothing but problems ever since. I have had them come out at least every 6 months to fix an on going issue with their equipment. My basement had flooded at least 5 times now that they have installed their system. I do not recommend them what so ever. They have no after hours service so you are forced to call another company and spend hundreds of dollars on emergency calls. We had Ohio State waterproofing come out a few years ago, shortly after the service we noticed some mold in the corner of our basement. When they came out they only took care of the outside and they wouldn't do anything about the damaged drywall and paneling in the basement, this was our responsibility ??We had this fixed and a couple years later it happened again, they came out and recocked the outer corner of the house and they said they put dirt around the back to build it up, don't know how they did this with a deck in t... read more

Ohio State Waterproofing is extremely sexist and patriarchal. I called to get a quote for MY rental owned by MY LLC.They insisted that mY hUsBanD be present at the appointment. I posted that on their business page. Instead of addressing the issue, they decided the best way to deal with it, is to block me.

After their waterproofing system failed, and water backed up into my basement, they would not answer the phone or return any of my voicemails. I pay for a maintenance program, but they have not responded to my urgent request for service. It was the day before a holiday, but everybody I dealt with was working Monday or had an emergency service program in place. These people are dealing with homeowners whose property is damaged by their blatant disregard for customer service.

On 4/6/23 we had Ohio St Water proofing do a job.They had planned for may 11, good right, not really.No notice other than that.We were told that we'd get 3days .He also said they would move the heavy furniture & washer and dryer.just dragged them away from the wall.To make a long story short & a mess that would make Hiroshima look tame, they punched a hole in the brck block to the outside in the wrong place, the foreman said they " goofed".
