Run away! High pressure and scare tecniques. Initial estimate of $18,000. Then lowered a few days later to $15,000. I spoke with the rep.(i have years of experience in home building). He claimed it was due to the rising water table! Referred me to a Minnesota web site. In reality, my relative had a broken water main. Whatever they would have done would not have fixed it! Stay away!
They scheduled a time to perform their free inspection. Called to follow up a day prior and then asked if my wife would be home. I told them no, but she has not been for any other quotes and is trusting me to handle this. They insisted she had to be there. This does not work for our schedule. Awful customer service and terrible way to run a business. Feels like a tactic to get us to sign a contract immediately. They won't be getting any of my business.
