When ******* and ***** showed up they immediately asked about the concern we had even though they had a work order. That told me that they cared about what we thought! They looked at the concern, removed the concrete and diagnosed and made a list of parts they would need to properly fix a drain that was installed improperly. Once they got back they were only working for about 45 mins and we had a new drain. I really enjoyed hearing ***** tell ******* that they were gonna fix it right instead of capping it off, that they had ... read more

What I wasnt expecting, but was happy with was the education on how mold and mildew works. They politely brought some things to my attention that were promoting any mold/mildew to appear in my basement. You have very educated employees and its nice to see that. Thanks again!
