When ******* and ***** showed up they immediately asked about the concern we had even though they had a work order. That told me that they cared about what we thought! They looked at the concern, removed the concrete and diagnosed and made a list of parts they would need to properly fix a drain that was installed improperly. Once they got back they were only working for about 45 mins and we had a new drain. What I wasnt expecting, but was happy with was the education on how mold and mildew works. They politely brought some things to my attention that were promoting any mold/mildew to appear in my basement. You have very educated employees and its nice to see that. Thanks again!

My wife and I have had a great experience working with, Ohio State Waterproofing, to prevent water in our crawlspace. The work from start to finish was quick and efficient. The crew was respectful and communicated well throughout the process. When we had an issue months later, they had someone out the next day and the work was completed the following week.
