The only reason Im putting 4 stars instead of 5 is because Im waiting to see how the basement holds up...As far as professionalism and courtesies, Id rate ******* and his crew a 10/10. We had a lot of questions throughout the process and he was very professional and patient with our concerns. As far as professionalism and courtesies, Ohio state waterproofing was above and beyond my expectations. This is an anxiety-ridden process but as long as the work matches the level of professionalism, this company was the best decision.... read more
