****** and the crew did a great job keeping me informed during the waterproofing process. Any issues I had were addressed and they did their best to accommodate me. They covered everything to keep my basement clean and made sure to leave everything better than when they had arrived.
I recently had issues with water coming into my family room and garage. I called Ohio State Waterproofing because we had a warranty on other parts of the house that were waterproofed by the previous owners. **, the first gentlemen to come out listened to me and was very attentive to my concerns. He was very nice. He quoted me and that's what I ended up paying, but it didn't stop there. I was very impressed with the level of communication provided. During every step they provided information as to what they were doing. ******* and his crew were amazing. Very polite and courteous. I was impressed with the way they answered any questions I had during the job. Looking forward to a dry basement.
