Since my wife and I contracted with Ohio State Waterproofing several years ago, we have had no odors of dampness in our home. On the rare occasion when we needed maintenance on the pump system, the technicians were efficient, prompt and professional. We only have good things to say about this business and the services they provide. We highly recommend paying yearly for the lifetime warranty. You won't regret it!
At one point our whole system failed. With one phone call someone one was there. Work was completed a new pump was put in place no questions asked. The workers were professional and easy to work with.

We had our waterproofing done by Ohio State Waterproofing in 1989 I pay our warranty every year if we had any concerns we call them and they come right out! If I had to do all again I would be calling them again this is the best company in Ohio for waterproofing they are honest and there for us if needed! Lifetime warranty when paid every year very happy after 36 years!
