****** was extremely polite and efficient and completed the pump replacement in a timely fashion. All my questions were answered and I am very happy with Ohio State Waterproofings continued excellent customer service.
The personnel on the ground were fantastic and highly professional. I appreciated the supervisors coming out daily to touch base with the crew and myself while the job was taking place. The only friction point was between what I thought I was sold and what work was actually taking place. The ******* on the job was accommodating and made sure I was happy with what work was to be done. If one was to need a basement repair I would recommend this company to them.
