As soon as we pull up someone comes running within 2 min offering us a beverage and asking how we are doing and if we are here for the oil change. Short suite and to the point, in a very kind and professional manner. They were all dressed nicely, uniformed looking is a polished look and reassures the customer they know what they are doing. Had a great first experience with Oilstop. Had not been to a drive-through oil change before. The team was very courteous and explained things in great detail. They politely tried to sell their extra services and products without being pushy. Honored my groupon without any issues, and I feel the value was absolutely amazing.
Was traveling cross country and needed an oil change. I'm an advocate for diy since oil and filter is around 30 bucks, but I didn't have my tools to do the job so I came to this oil stop. The crew set me up for my trip in less than 20 min. They were quick and responsive once you enter their driveway and made you feel welcome. I believe his name is Andy, the one who i talked with. This was a real good first experience and high quality oil change. The team got me in when I showed up last minute before close and still took their time to do all the things required without rushing. It was a great experience and very friendly crew at the Sherwood Oregon location.
I’m here getting my oil changed now and the service is insanely good. So professional, polite, and personable. Jay who answered my phone call was so patient and so gracious with my million and two questions. You stay in the car while they do your oil change, which is a huge plus for me. At the moment they’re spraying and cleaning something under my hood. They also show you all the additional things that you could add.
