Waddup! Cory and his team were fantastic. They provided excellent service even through a mid rush of customers. I arrived 20 minutes after opening and the team was servicing one vehicle, starting another and completed servicing 3 more vehicles afterwards from sedans to pick-up trucks. Great customer service. Very informative when getting your car fluid changed. They provide drinks to customers along with a free car wash.
They were super attentive always updating us on wait times, offering us cold drinks complimentary as well as verbalizing everything they were doing and keeping us informed. They did not pressure us into adding any services and they work very efficiently and fast. Highly recommend!
I've been a customer of OilStop for 5 years in the SF Bay Area. I've always had a great experience and I've recommended this place to many people. Even when I moved to SoCal, I would keep going to the one in the San Jose because I knew the staff there and felt comfortable. They mentioned that now that I'm in SoCal, I should check their locations down there, but I was a little nervous. They double charged me for oil change. I posted a negative review on YELP. Manager responded and said he needed info on the transaction. I sent him a pic of the bill. No response. Dishonest business.

I love Oilstop! The employees are always so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to take care of me. One time I had a plastic tire wall that needed to be installed and I had no idea how to do it - they put it in for me without issue! Service with a smile (and a whole lotta know how) is the best way to describe their awesome employees! They'll ask about the upscale services but aren't pushy at all. I genuinely look forward to coming to get my oil changed. Thanks to Fidel and Jose who were great at today's service!
This is the nicest car wash I've ever been to. Highly recommend! Great value, and the people who work here are so nice.
I love this place. I hate oil changes and servicing my car in general, but they make it so easy. You literally just drive in and they change your oil. They make recommendations about other services, but they aren't annoying and they don't pressure you. I love that they offer a drink while you wait, in your car, best thing ever. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my oil change.
