Came for my second time and it was better for me to come before they opened rather than wait in the hot sun staff so friendly. I bought a Groupon and it was well worth it. Also u clouded a free car wash down the street. Will be back.
First time I went I was upset that my old place was gone. However, the second time was absolutely AMAZIN!! Began with a nice greeting and free coke and ended with a chance to give back to the community. Impressive

One of the best experiences ever at an oil change place. I go to either Lube Express or Jiffy Lube and went here because it replaced Lube Express in the same location and I had received a 50% off coupon in the mail. I decided to give this new place a try and there were several things about Oilstop that stood out. The men were very courteous and even offered me a free beverage. Ok..... I was going to write a rave review. I got there I didn't even need to get out of my car Richard was helping me on a Friday in the middle of a crazy heatwave. I was offered a beverage as I waited about 15 minutes before I was able to pull in and get my car serviced. During the whole process they try and upsell you on several items. Richard was cool about it, he didn't apply too much pressure but did ask all the right questions. Highly recommend asking for Omar if you get the chance! Omar went above and beyond! From the moment I pulled in, he was polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with each step of the service, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell Omar genuinely cares about doing the job right and about the customer experience. 100% worth it knowing things were done properly.
Upon calling to make a quick appointment,I found out they are new to replace Lube Express. Cory the District Manager was quick to share the new services which includes a car wash. Giovanni $199 transmission and coolant $129 every 3 years 50k miles. I didn't take advantage of these but did do a fuel injector for $15 for gas clean out the pipes is what he stated. Came in for a last minute oil change as I was around the area. Best oil change place I have been! Was offered a beverage and a car window wash from one of the workers. He has also mentioned that he will be inspecting my car to see if I need anything else done but that I do not have to be obligated to get anything if I didn't want to which made me feel like they aren't about driving sales and all about customer service which I love. This place is terrible! Avoid this place like the plague. They try and scare you into getting work done that your car doesn't even need. Plus, some dude was like, you need new windshield wipers, one is broken. I'm like no, I just put them on a year ago. He says, okay. I'll put it back on. I turn on the windshield wipers to test them and of course, it goes flying off. Here's a question, why in the hell are you looking at windshield wipers and you're a place that provides oil changes? Maybe perfect that and then move on to win... read more
