10/10! I don't know anything about cars (could easily fool me to buy premium air) but LET ME TELL YOU the service, people, and quality AMAZING! Gave me free drinks and helped me with everything I possibly needed for an oil change and was out really quick too. I would definitely recommend!!

Highly recommend asking for Omar if you get the chance! Omar went above and beyond! From the moment I pulled in, he was polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with each step of the service, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell Omar genuinely cares about doing the job right and about the customer experience. 100% worth it knowing things were done properly.

Upon calling to make a quick appointment,I found out they are new to replace Lube Express. Cory the District Manager was quick to share the new services which includes a car wash. Giovanni $199 transmission and coolant $129 every 3 years 50k miles. I didn't take advantage of these but did do a fuel injector for $15 for gas clean out the pipes is what he stated. Came in for a last minute oil change as I was around the area. Best oil change place I have been! Was offered a beverage and a car window wash from one of the workers. He has also mentioned that he will be inspecting my car to see if I need anything else done but that I do not have to be obligated to get anything if I didn't want to which made me feel like they aren't about driving sales and all about customer service which I love. I used to come here back when it was under the previous ownership because the staff was great and I never had issues. Unfortunately, since the new owner and new employees took over, the quality has gone downhill fast. I came in for a routine oil change and immediately after, my car started leaking oil. I noticed oil on my driveway and checked underneath the car oil was everywhere. It's really disappointing because this place used to be reliable. With the new ownership and staff, I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle anymore.... read more

The mechanics very helpful. But the reception are very bitter and have very high prices despite you bringing all your material to make the change oil. I asked about the size of a tool for my car and he told me that he didn't know anything about mechanics. They should check their data carefully before hiring staff.

Used to go when it was lube express. New owners new staff. Horrible service. Left my car leaking oil. Oil all over my driveway. I got under neath the car. The oil pan was filthy with oil. Oil streaks down manifold. The entire engine bay also oil all over. They use small funnels. Then say it's our problem. Come to find out my co worker had the same experience on his car.

I needed an oil change because my service was due. I went thinking it was still lube express. Came upon and new name. They had my information still because it looks like lube express handed the old customer information to them. The last time I went I had my ac filter swapped. And said it needs to be replaced again. Like what???? They keep saying things they recommend but to me it sounds like they greedy for money. They asked to add like 3-4 things which cost about $19.99 all the time.
