Beware! I went to Oilstop expecting to save money with a Groupon, but ended up paying much more because of all the hidden costs and constant upselling. What looked like a good deal quickly turned into an expensive visit once they started adding extra charges and pushing unnecessary services. Pull up they said my groupon has already been redeemed even thought they just scanned it, was poor service and try upselling you on multiple $200 “engine flushes” bs that your car doesnt need while stuttering trying to remember what the upcharge is even for. Then i leave and they try billing me $150 and didnt apply the groupon. Obviously i didnt pay that and made them apply this groupon. They took air out of my tires without asking and barley topped my fluids (i checked after) while i was changing the engine and cab filters ... read more

They charged me for an air filter I told them no on and I ended up paying an extra $53 in addition to my Groupon! They charged me for an oil filter and disposal fees. They also charged me taxes on the amount it could’ve been which was $165.00

Customer service was good butvyet I was their first groupon customer they wanted me to pay more money took a while there just to get the groupon taken care of I knew it but they apparently knew nothing

If you buy one of the discounted oil changes be sure that you know going in there will be extra fees. The oil change only includes up to 5qts and anything over is extra. I was told they didn’t have the blend I purchased for my car so I had to get a different type which ended up being more money. They also charge extra for an oil filter as that is not included in the oil change. They definitely try to upsell products. Overall service was okay but it’s definitely not a great deal when it’s all said and done.

Just go get an oil change at your regular car dealership. This place is deceptive and will overcharge you and try to upsell you. There’s a bunch of hidden fees they don’t tell about till after they finish. I got a Groupon for full synthetic oil change for $50, I ended up paying $152 for the hidden fees and deceptive pricing.

Coupon was good but after added fees wasn't a great deal. The wait to get in was long, the wait for the service was also. Staff friendly, asked for the tires to be aired up to 45psi. When I left went to get tires rotated. I asked tire shop if 45 psi was ok to run they said should be at factory 35. So I asked them to take tires back down to 35. When they were done I asked if they took tire psi back down they said none were above 40 and 2 tires were at 32 psi, they said all at 35 psi now. Hmm, what happened at the oil stop. Ju... read more

be prepared to pay an additional fee for the store to dispose of your oil. 15 is what they charged me but it depends on how much oil they dispose. my car has a smaller engine and i was informed it was a qt low and i still paid an additional $15, so expect to pay even more. staff were nice service was fast. don’t appreciate the surprise fees after politely declining 15 or more pitched upgrades
