I’ve never had to waste so much time on hold just to cancel and reschedule an appointment. Now that I see so many one star reviews I may have to make new plans with a new doctor. They want to charge you $100 for missing appointments but they had me on hold for 2 hours so I can try to reschedule. I pressed 1 for a call back and still haven’t received one.
I love Dr J.Watts He Is very understanding. And thorough he meets your needs he is an awesome doctor. I would recommend him to all my family and friends❣️❣️❣️
Very expensive no insurance and 20 min re eval 400. He didn't even ask me about background how I felt any questions to me at all? Trying to work out payments. Front desk girlhas been great. It's so hard to get real mental health help
My experience has always been great with Dr. F. He listens to me and makes decisions based on my feelings at the time.
Presented false statistics on ADHD and added diagnoses to medical records that we hadn't discussed during my appointment. Working on filing a complaint with the state medical board and my insurance company.
