Front staff needs an overhaul. Crossed off name but didn't call back to room. Then when it was brought up, again, no apologies and still waiting. Over an hour and 20 min now. Don't come here unless you have lots of time.

Be careful, this clinic will CHEAT you on you billing! second time they coded wrong. First time it took 6 months for them to realize my daughter did not see a specialist, just a nurse practitioner who tried to charge her for a specialist fee. finally got that resolved. Now she went in and asked for a physical, which my insurance pays for 100% no co pay, they charged her 40.00 copay at time of visit. my daughter not knowing this paid. I won't be going back, we went in 2 times in 3 weeks for my daughter. First time they treated her with an antibiotic "in case" she had strep. Second time, for the same issue, they blew off any indications of any other illness said virus, treat your symptoms, get rest, no school for the next week. 8 days of misery, fever, continuous coughing and sore throat we went to Children Mercy Urgent Care for a second opinion.
