Our family has had 3 surgeries with good outcome. He is friendly...makes me feel comfortable with what he plans to do and what he has done.
I have worked with Dr. Opie for several procedures. He is skilled and professional and does excellent work.
Dr. Blake is very personable, taking time to explain what needs to be fixed in detail. Post-surgery, she goes through the surgical findings with explanations that are easy for a lay person to understand.
I was told by Dr. Opie that I needed surgery for an inguinal hernia. Less than a month later, my pain went away, and it turns out I didn't have a hernia after all. I'm glad I didn't get the surgery.

My hubby was going have hernia sugrey they didnt want do it bc he had siezure they want wait two month bc he didnt had médical
I has gastric sleeve surgery in 2016, I ended up having multiple compilations. First surgery was done and then had to have 2nd surgery the next day because my hernia repair ( during sleeve surgery) was stitched to tight to my diaphragm I could hardly breathe. I later went on to need emergency bypass by the Bariatric Center of Kansas City because my sleeve was to tight to ever eat. I spent 7 days in hospital, PIC line and has such low potassium my Doctor said I could have had heart attack-beware
He almost killrd me botched my surgery so bad Mayo clinic had to fix me removed gall bladder that proved to be ok after pathology report nicked a main nerve and created permanent damage Hes a butcher
