I had a colonoscopy at Olathe Medical Center and they charged me for a surgery not a procedure. I’m mad because my husband had a colonoscopy under the same circumstances as myself, at another hospital and didn’t have to pay anything. Feeling it’s sexual discrimination. I’m changing my primary Dr. So that I’m never referred to Olathe Med Center again for any procedures. I give them an F. My IV wasn’t put in properly and I had stomach pain for 4 days after the procedure. I give them zero stars but it won’t let me.
Despite our long wait in the ER, almost 4 hours, we had the worst experience with the nurse or whoever gave me my shots. No bedside manner whatsoever! She was so rude, seemed annoyed as can be from the second she walked in the room. I was in so much pain and she could’ve cared less. I have gone to Olathe Med for years for urgent care and for regular check ups. Will not be doing it again. Bad Service, Incorrect diagnosis, and collections after 2 months.
