I had a wonderful experience at Old Derby. Dr Butler was outstanding and more than willing to listen to my concerns and the special care needed for my senior English bulldog who suffers acute episodes of respiratory distress when she is stressed out. I can not say enough about this place and look forward to returning for any future needs for Minnie.
I highly recommend Dr.Butler at Old Derby Animal Hospital. He truly cares about each and every pet. He completely understands that our animals are not just pets they are family members. He always takes the time to make sure you understand and our comfortable with everything no matter how big or small any issue is. I would not go to any other veterinarian office. Every single staff member at Old Derby Animal Hospital always goes above & beyond. We are always treated like family members not just another client.
I bring both my dogs here and have seen Dr. Sorbo and Dr. Vagliano and they both are extremely knowledgeable and nice. I would highly recommend bringing your dog here!
Compassionate and dedicated group of people. It was just the last few weeks that I started bringing my dog here for an urgent visit. And because of the pandemic, our interaction with the Dr. Sorbo ,nurses and receptionist were over the phone but despite that I truly felt the compassionate care thet have provided Wally and my family until Wally’s last day.
We have been going to Old Derby Animal Hospital since we brought home our first dog. They have always treated us and our dogs with the utmost respect and courtesy. The doctors, techs and staff are always welcoming and kind. I can't endorse them more highly. They are truly the best.
Great care! Kind staff! Dr.Sorbo is the absolute best! He is so great with my goofy high maintenance pug...also he is extremely kind to my son who has Autism. Makes a sincere effort to involve my son in our dogs care. He even answers the many many questions my son asks like he is talking to a colleague! Warms my heart!
