My disposal failed. I contacted OR and they had someone out promptly to replace it. I was very happy with the quality and promptness of the response apart from the actual service provider showing up after the end of the 4 hour window that they indicated. But when they arrived they did the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up the workspace very well before leaving. Submitting the claim to start the process was simple and involved a minimum of time or effort on my part.

We have heard nightmares about other home warranty policies, but Old Republic is incredible and I will never be in a home without having one of their home protection plans!
