Just routine cleaning appointment and it went off very well. No surprises. However, within a few days, I got an email that said I had missed my appointment. I missed one a few years ago and was surprised to know that I was going to be charged for the appointment because I hadn't cancelled it within the prescribed time limit. I made this appointment and was fearful that I was going to be charged twice. It could happen.
As always a wonderful experience with everyone there. Dr. Lewcock always so caring and attentive to my needs. Always enjoy seeing the smiles on all the friendly ladies in the office.
As a new patient I felt welcomed by all staff. Jessica provided excellent service. She was very informative and my cleaning was painless. I felt very comfortable and had an amazing experience at Old Settlers Dental.
Awesome staff and really good treatment
Its hard to have a good experience with someone digging around in your mouth, but i experiienced minimal to no pain in either the cleaning ir crown fitting. And minimal discomfort since. And thank you for fitting me in for the temp crown. That saved me a trip down.
