Great, as always!
Friendly, smiling faces met us when we entered. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great staff. Dr Zavala met me and explained what could be done to solve my problem. He explained uneasy to understand terms and when I agreed with the procedure, I was taken care of and on my way in no time. He is very personable and knowledgable. Everyone treated me in a friendly manner. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered in a way that was easy for me to understand. I'm very pleased with my first visit to this practice.
Went in for a follow up and was having problems with another one of my teeth. They took care of me all in the same visit. Really did appreciate that. Going to the dentist is never pleasant, but Old Settlers Dental makes it as pleasant as possible. The staff and doctor's really care about your comfort.
Everyone was so nice and friendly. The hygienist was comforting and did great with my cleaning. The doctor was awesome at explaining what could be going on with my caps and gave me options. I need a second cleaning in six weeks but they had no openings 😔 Hopefully something will open up for me
Jessica was great and everything went Well. My teeth and gums feel terrific.
OSD were wonderful. I phoned early Monday morning, out of the blue, with an awful toothache, and they were so kind,even though I was not a patient of theirs. Within two hours, I had had xrays, consultation, two wisdom teeth removed, with NO pain, and was back home!!! It was astonishing. Dr. Lewcock and his staff were amazing, and I thank them all.
As always, this is the greatest dental office ever!!! I ALWAYS give them 5-star reviews because they are so patient, thorough and make it a great experience everytime!! Thank guys!!!
First visit. 8:50 appointment but did not get called back until 9:25. Very bad first impression. The visit went well once we started but I don't understand why I waited 35 minutes for an early scheduled appointment and was not told that you were running late. Actually had to ask someone when I could expect to be seen.
