I really hate to rate this company so low. Heriberto, the project manager, and the team who actually replaced the roof are great. The completed job looks fantastic. The low rating comes from the fact that the project cost ballooned by 40% over the original estimated cost, and at no point was that communicated to me by Old Timers Roofing. I only found out when my insurance company sent me a much larger check than initially planned. There was alleged damage underneath the old roof shingles. *I did not get a roof replaced by your roofing company, I went with triad installations*. The reason why is as follows: I was approached by a salesman at my home by your roofing company and was told that my roof was old and I should get it replaced. My roof is 22 years old and I knew I needed to take care of it in about 2 to 3 years and maybe just patch up the roof where it needed.
