I have only had great experiences at Old Town Animal Care Center. I have been able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Sara Kessel has always provided great service. She explains everything very thoroughly.
I've never had any other experience with vets in the city, but old town animal care has been professional, fair, and caring each time I've been in!
This place is very nice and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and were great with our dog Winnie! The plans they have are affordable and cover a lot. Making this our go to vet!

Old Town Animal Care Center is the only Vet in Chicago that I will recommend or bring my dog to. Unlike 2 other Chicago Vets I tried, I finally found one that the staff picks up the phone when calling, schedules same day urgent care appointments and has a Doctor on site daily! I wasn't a customer yesterday and my current Vet had no availability to see my panting/trembling dog. I want to thank the whole team that helped us to send our 14.5 year old pug, Tim, over the Rainbow Bridge 3 weeks ago. It started with Dayna's kindness in setting up an appointment and then helping to change it to allow both of us to be there. Thank you , Dayna. Dr. Kessel is the best. We had an anxious pup, and she was so patient with him. She was also up front about the pricing of any drugs she suggested during his last years with us. When it was time to say goodbye last week, we requested Dr. Kessel be with us and she made time in her schedule to be there. She walked us through the process and was so kind and understanding.
