Kellie was knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I left a rather poor review last fall while my house was under construction. We had a problem with our shower where the tile did not meet up properly with the wall. Eventually our contractor addressed the issue with Old World. It turned out that the tile was actually perfect and the wall was out of plumb! Since moving in, we have had a couple of cracked tiles.
