Get directionsI paid for cleaning service since it was not included in the hotel reservation, something never seen before, and I did not receive the service or towel changes or anything terrible. I complained at the office and did not receive my refund.

Dissapointed. Hotel charged an extra cleaning fee of $101.65 upon arrival. Apparently this is an ADDITIONAL fee beyond what is collected by hotels.com. I was told this was a fee to clean the room but no one actually came to clean the room during the 3 night stay. New towels were inly provided upon request. We were told they were short staffed and were not able to clean the room during the stay those days. Still the front desk would not return the cleaning service fee. The overall maintenance was substandard. The hot tub was excessively - unsafely - hot. The unit was dirty and had poor maintenance. No ice maker in the fridge and the common ice maker was broken. The toilet in the master bedroom took 20 minutes to refill every flush. The restaurant turned us away because we did not have reservations - no notice of requiring reservations. The site map did not show how to get from check-in to parking. no signage. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend or stay here again. I found the office staff unhelpful. We had no WI-FI. Investigate before you book this place. It was not what we were looking for.

We were very disappointed with our stay for the high cost of the property. At arrival in the unit, none of the TVs in the unit worked. When we asked for assistance, there was no one available on the property to assist with the matter. The only one on staff for the entire property was the same girl that checked us in. This place was horrible. Upon arriving the lobby was shut down. When checking in at their make shift lobby in a guest room we were informed the pool would be closed our entire stay. They were tenting the entire main building for extermination. It was noisy not to mention concerning to even be on the property. I feel like I should have been made aware of the situation prior to arrival. I would have canceled my stay. Very disappointed.
