Rooms have been renovated. The satff and condition of the rooms are really good. Beds are very comfortable. After hours check in is a breeze! Glad it’s gone back to being one of the best and economical properties in Marco Island.

Loved the old Marco Island vibe to it. The historical area of that part of the island was great! Stayed there for my Son’s wedding. The double suite was perfect for our family!

Pros: beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with very large screened in balcony. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. Restaurants/bar on site, so you don’t need to move your car. Pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Very nice live entertainment in the evening. Cons: no beach that is walkable
