The first impression was NOT GOOD! When I booked, I informed them that I would be a late arrival. 2 days before I arrived, I called again and reminded them that I would be late. The girl informed me that i would receive a text message with a code to get into the box by the door that would contain an envelope with the code to our door. The day I arrived, we got the text BUT there was NO ENVELOPE! We could not get into our room. No one was around! 3 TIMES I notified them that I would be late! Very friendly and helpful staff!! Checking in was really easy and convenient. I am a single Mom traveling with my 2 children and I felt comfortable with everything! I highly recommend!
Wonderful stay. We love this place and have stayed many times. Close to wonderful restaurants
No one there at time of check in. Had to get key in lockbox and figure out where to get to room. Needs updating! The cleaning person was making her lunch in our kitchen when we came back from beach. And then hurried out the door and I found the burner still on high an hour later. Not awesome. And the photo in the website is deceiving regarding how close to water it is.
