nice hotel with easy access to restaurants very pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the condo we rented while attending a family funeral. Rooms were clean and bath linens changed daily. Front desk staff (Karen) supportive and informative. free parking with elevator access.

Highly recommend We arrived after hours (at 10:30pm), and the owner made it easy. Beds were comfy, and our unit was very clean, spacious with 2 bedrooms and baths, nicely decorated and seemed recently renovated. Everyone from the owner to housekeeping was friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect...easy to navigate, and sits among various shops and good restaurants - very convenient if you want to avoid driving. Enjoyed the old Florida feel. We shared a two-room suite with friends for three nights. The third-floor suite was spacious, airy, well appointed and comfortable with a large living room, kitchenette, two full bathrooms and a lovely, large screened porch. There were elevators and plenty of indoor parking at the hotel. There were some nice restaurants and shops within a very short walk. Nice but beware cleaning fee for two night stay. Nice place all in all. $50 cleaning fee was not disclosed until check out

Quiet restful place to stay Stayed with spouse and two children ages 12 and 15 in 2 bed 2 bath condo. Nice clean room with basic kitchen that functioned fine. Sitting area as well as dinning table used and enjoyed. Balcony with sitting for 4 enjoyed in the am for coffee. The only down side to this place is that you cannot walk to the beach but its only a short drive. Plenty of dinning options within a short walk.
