It was a really nice place even though the electric went out for a couple of hours...
Get away from it all Nice and quiet but walking distance to a few bars and restaurants.
Quiet retreat A continental breakfast or breakfast cafe on the premises would have increased the convenience factor greatly. Otherwise very satifsfactory.
Very clean and nice location. Only wish they would put a comfort pad on the bed. Very hard. Otherwise enjoyed the stay and will probably consider it again in the future.
A reasonably priced, quiet getaway The onsite restaurant is wonderful. The history of the place makes it worth the trip. The units needed some upkeeping - mostly nice, but peeling wallpaper, broken chairs, etc. could easily be fixed to improve the appearance of the unit.

Pros and Cons Our stay was 9/15-16/12, and 9/21/12, which was apparently during the Island's "off" season. The suite was pleasing to the eye. We enjoyed the full-service kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher, oven/stove, etc.). The screened-in patio was very nice. The dining/living room area was comfortable; and, there were flat-screen TV's there and in the bedroom. Water pressure was good in the shower/bath.
