Really not a lot to say I thought they were very professional specially Scott and explain to me how the warranty works, I am just waiting for a hard copy am I will recommend my daughter to get this plan.

I really enjoyed the sign up process because it was 100% online. Which is nice for people like me that get anxious about phone calls. Picking a plan to fit was simple and straightforward. No confusing or misleading information. Providing I never have to use it. If the claims process is as simple and straightforward as the beginning has been I'll be even more glad I chose Olive.
