As a first time home buyer, Oliver was extremely helpful in the entire frightening process of purchasing a home. From pre-approval through closing Oliver was always available to take my call, answer my questions and address my concerns. He locked me in to a super low interest rate, and even though his firm no longer holds my loan he still makes himself available to answer questions about my escrow account and supplemental taxes.

I work in finance industry and I have very high expectations from a lending professional. Oliver exceeded all my expectations in terms of his knowledge. He came up with many creative ideas and had a great handle on recent changes in regulations and how those regulations could impact my refinancing. I was looking to purchase home all cash and turn around and refinance. He is also very knowledgeable in Valley area of LA as well as construction/renovations.

Oliver was extremely helpful on helping us buy our first home. He has made himself available to help us understand any questions we had during the process. After our loan was bought by another company, he made himself available to us for questions. Oliver has definitely gone above and beyond to help make our dream of home ownership an easier transition. I would definitely recommend him, and would use his services again if needed.

Working on my second refi with Oliver who has also helped my brother with a refi. The process is easy, quick, responsive, explained and you feel like you are working with a friend.

I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Cuevas. He is excellent in every way! I would not have my home without all the help he provided to me. He really knows his stuff! Oliver was great to work with. Ran into several road blocks during the qualifications stage with the bank that was going to fund the loan. Oliver's persistence and determination helped get my refinance done when at least three times it felt like the refi was going to be dead. Oliver also went to bat for me to minimize the costs for any delays due to the lender's continual attempts to try to derail my application. Would gladly recommend Oliver and won't hesitate to use him again on my next refi or purchase.
