Olympia Moving and Storage provided us with a moving service to our new home we never thought possible. The four man crew arrived promptly, were friendly, respectful, courteous and kind. They loaded us in and out of our townhome and new home in 6 hours, with no damage to either property or belongings, protected all furniture and glass, and worked expeditiously to get us moved. The whole process from booking to the last box coming off the truck was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly! But best of all it was stress free! Which goes a long way on moving day!

Overall very good experience with Olympia. The movers were incredibly efficient and took great care of our belongings. They completed the move more quickly than expected and under the quoted price, which was already very attractive to begin with! My only complaint is that there was a system computer error the morning of our move, and they forgot to send movers to our apartment. We used Olympia Moving and Storage for our recent relocation. They could not have been better. We worked with Ryan Hegarty on pre-move planning and with the Pandemic it was accomplished over a video call. A detailed move plan was created and cost estimate presented. I have nothing but positive things to say about Olympia moving. I spoke with Ryan to schedule the move, and he was incredibly helpful and gave a very accurate estimate. The movers loaded from my house and from a nearby storage unit. They were highly efficient and handled everything very carefully. They were also quite kind and friendly! The move took just under 4 hours, which I think is highly impressive given that they loaded from two locations and drove 45 minutes to the unloading destination in Philly. The whole team was amazing. From the sales person who called and emailed me with a quote the same day; the move coordinator who checked in with me several times to make sure all the details were taken care of (and answering all of my questions); and the moving crew who went above and beyond. They called when they were on their way, arrived early and had everything moved into our new place with a few hours. I will definitely hire them again - next time I think I’ll have them pack everything too.
