I cannot say enough good things about the whole process with Olympia. The office staff was great, and the moving team were absolutely wonderful. Hard-working, personable and went above and beyond.

Victor and his crew were great. The team leader put me at ease that everything would go smoothly. I was worried my German wall unit if they would be able to disassemble it since it was metric. But Victor had not problem taking the unit apart. He gave me the option to let him know the morning of my move if they should bring the unit to my new place or keep it in storage since I didn't know if the unit would fit in my new place. Cannot say enough good things about Olympia. They were on time, quick, clean and careful! In addition, they were flexible! As we had to change our move back date--they worked with us with no problems at all. Highly recommend them!

The move went unbelievably smoothly. The team was professional, efficient, careful and delightful as an added bonus. They were so accommodating at placing my furniture in my new home - even as we made changes that involved moving heavy pieces of furniture.

The bid was competitive and the move was scheduled for the date we wanted. On the two packing and moving days, it was apparent that Olympia had farmed the job out to a subcontractor. The packing team consisted of one very experienced person who did a great job on our kitchen, but the rest of the team seemed inexperienced and not especially well trained. Olympia did a terrific job moving us. It is so refreshing to deal with real professionals. Their workers exceeded my exceptions in every way. They were polite, careful and it was a great experience. I look forward to working with the company for the final move. If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a mover, it will be Olympia. In this day it is not easy to find someone who is competent. I couldn't recommend Olympia enough. They're personal, professional and highly organized. My piano is happily sitting in my living room and I didn't have to do a thing.
