We use Olympia for our moving and storage needs at the Servpro I work for. Dealing with Ryan has always been a breeze, and we've never had any issues using them to pack out and store customers belongings while we perform our clean up. They are very professional and helpful. The move outs and move-backs always go so smoothly and even our customers remark at how professional and helpful they are.

Olympia Moving and Storage's crews do exceptional work each and every time. Not only are they easy to work with on the production side, but also their administrative side is very helpful. They are very friendly over the phone and never fail to schedule an appointment that meets the needs of both parties. My company uses Olympia on a regular basis for the pack out of large apartment/homes/commercial buildings after fire or water damage happens. The team at Olympia was great to work with, from beginning to end. The foreman for my move was Travanion and I couldn't have been more impressed. Olympia recently moved our office from Marlton to Mt. Laurel. Their representative came in about three weeks prior to our move date. He instructed us on how to label the moving crates that were delivered later that same day. He also told us how to label the items that would not fit in the crates. Because of the restriction at the new location, we were not able to begin moving in until 5pm. The Olympia crew (about 20 people) showed up at 3:30 to get the process started. Ryan, the general manager, was very friendly, courteous, encouraging, helpful, and quick to respond to any communication. I couldn't have asked for anyone more accommodating. Daniel, the moving foreman, was very friendly, courteous, efficient, accommodating. His helpers, one from Lithuania and one from Romania, were also excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better crew.

Olympia exceeded my expectations. We moved out of our house before we bought a new house. Olympia not only moved our items but also stored our items (furniture, many boxed belongings, loose items) in their warehouse. The movers were prompt, courteous, professional and careful with our items. They even helped with the packing of items we weren’t able to pack/wrap.
